Sakuu President’s SJ Spotlight OpEd on AI Datacenters

San Jose Spotlight recently published an OpEd on AI datacenter development penned by Arwed Niestroj, Sakuu President and COO.
His commentary acknowledges the enormous and urgent demand for new datacenters to fuel the AI boom, as well as growing community backlash against rushed and sometimes risky AI datacenter buildout across the US:
“Nobody wants you to ‘build fast and break things’ in their backyard.”
Niestroj explains that there are thoughtful solutions to these issues and that many legitimate concerns about AI datacenters can be directly mitigated by simply changing the way energy storage is manufactured.
