The Cool Down Covers Sakuu’s Dry Cathode Printing Technology
The Cool Down recently covered Sakuu’s Kavian dry printed validation cell results in an article titled Company unveils game-changing tech that could revolutionize EVs: 'Myth-busting achievement.’
TCD noted that our nickel cobalt manganese (NCM) battery cell “maintained an impressive 83% of its charge after 4,000 test cycles, besting the rate from a typical battery that operates for half the time.”
The Oregon-based publication also stated that “dry printing is touted by experts at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a production-compatible, cleaner, and cost-saving process that can reduce dependence on Chinese-made parts” in battery pack production.
